About the website
The site presents Richard’s creative work, social audience statistics and potential collaboration services. Browsing is free. Contacting Richard or viewing a listed rate does not create a booking or service contract. Deliverables, pricing, usage rights and other commercial terms must be agreed separately.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to obtain another person’s credentials, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or present yourself as someone else. Only authorize a social account if you own it or have permission to manage it.
Social connections and statistics
Available connections use the permissions granted by the account owner and are subject to the relevant platform’s rules. TikTok connection is currently available for authorized sandbox testing. Statistics may be delayed, rounded, unavailable or limited by platform reporting rules. Manually entered case-study figures are identified separately. Audience counts do not guarantee future campaign results.
Account owners can revoke authorization through the social platform and contact Richard to request disconnection or removal of retained account information.
Content and external services
Creative work, images and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Viewing the portfolio does not grant permission to reuse content commercially. Contact Richard for licensing requests. Third-party links and embeds are governed by their providers’ terms; this portfolio is not endorsed by TikTok, Instagram, Meta or YouTube.
Availability and your rights
The website and integrations may change or become unavailable. Reasonable efforts are made to present accurate information, but uninterrupted access and error-free statistics are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Privacy and updates
See the Privacy Policy for information handling and contact options. Updates to these terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Existing collaboration agreements are not changed by a website update.
