Richard Le Tran operates this creator portfolio. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse the site, contact Richard, or authorize a supported social account connection.
Information and purposes
If you email Richard, your email address, message, and any information you choose to include are used to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work.
The website displays statistics from Richard’s connected social accounts. Depending on the platform and permissions granted, this includes account identifiers, profile information, follower and subscriber counts, views, reach, interactions, and aggregate audience demographics. These figures help visitors understand Richard’s work and audience. Visitors do not need to connect their own social accounts to browse.
TikTok connection
The account owner can authorize TikTok Login Kit to connect their account. The user.info.basic permission identifies the account and provides its display name; user.info.stats provides follower, following, total like and public video counts displayed on this portfolio. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted in server-side storage and renewed when needed. A temporary secure cookie protects the owner setup session, and a single-use authorization state expires after ten minutes. The integration does not request messages or permission to publish content. Disconnecting in owner settings removes the saved profile and tokens. Authorization can also be revoked in TikTok settings. This integration is currently being tested in TikTok’s sandbox.
YouTube Analytics connection
The owner can grant read-only YouTube Analytics access through Google. We retrieve aggregate viewer age, gender and country reports for the configured channel and display these publicly on this portfolio. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted in server-side storage and used to renew access. Report data is cached for up to one hour and refreshed on request. Disconnecting YouTube in owner settings deletes stored tokens and cached analytics. You can also revoke access at Google Account connections. We do not request video editing or revenue permissions. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and service providers
Social access credentials are kept in server-side settings, not in public page files. The current statistics endpoints retrieve data from the platforms and may cache responses briefly. Case-study figures are saved in server-side storage through private owner settings. Owner-uploaded photos and their adjusted crops are stored on the server and displayed publicly on the portfolio.
The site is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, request details and technical logs to deliver and secure the site. Email providers process messages sent to the contact address. Processing may occur outside your country.
External content
The portfolio loads Google Fonts and an Instagram embed. These services receive connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, when their resources load and may use cookies under their own policies. Social links lead to services with separate privacy practices.
Retention and your choices
Contact correspondence is retained as needed to handle inquiries, manage working relationships and meet applicable obligations. Connection credentials are retained while needed for the authorized connection. You can revoke social app authorization in the relevant platform’s settings. To request disconnection, deletion of retained account data, access or correction, contact Richard at richardletran.comedy@gmail.com. Requests may require verification of your identity or authority over the account. Some information may need to be retained where required by law.
This portfolio does not sell personal information or provide individual follower records to visitors.
